Michelle Cole is a compassionate and intuitive Licensed and Certified Hypnotherapist based in Putnam, Connecticut. Originally from Los Angeles, she relocated to the Quiet Corner of Connecticut to solidify her passion and drive to help those seeking change.
Her life’s purpose is working with clients to release unwanted blocks and behaviors. This work leads people she guides to access the part of the brain that drives them and embrace the life they desire. A desire to be free of anxiety, smoking, weight loss, tinnitus, aid in freeing oneself from substance abuse with the help of other health practitioners, and much more.
Michelle’s journey into hypnotherapy was sparked by a fascination with the mind’s power to heal and teach itself. Leading her to formal training at the Hypnosis Motivation Institute (HMI) in California, where she specialized in guiding clients toward positive transformation. She blends her formal training with a deeply intuitive approach, offering personalized sessions that help individuals overcome challenges, heal emotional wounds, and unlock their potential.
All by accessing the subconscious mind, the part of the brain that drives us. This process shows clients how strong they are and places them in the driver’s seat.

What to expect:
3 sessions are recommended to feel and get what you are seeking.
In the first session, you will be conditioned to the state of hypnosis.
The next sessions will be to fine-tune and work on your subconscious mind.
